- Complete site selection for organization meetings
- Negotiate and manage hotel, audiovisual and other meeting vendor contracts
- Meet with board, staff or volunteers in person, by conference call, or by email
- Prepare committee or project budgets, as well as timelines
- Arrange meeting or conference logistics
- Schedule and make travel and lodging arrangements for speakers, staff and board
- Write, design and mail promotional and registrant confirmation materials
- Receive and record meeting registrations
- Manage hotel room block

- Handle on-site registration and monitor logistics
